In a mixing bowl add peanut powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,kitchen king masala,cumin_coriander powder,salt,sugar and curd and mix well
Now give a cross cut to brinjals,and stuff masala in it
In a pressure cooker add oil and heat it
Now add mustard seeds,asafetida,and stuff brinjal
Then add diced potatoes and rest of the stuffing masala,and kasuri methi
Cook for 2 min.
Then add tomato putt,and cook 4_5 min till oil come out
Then add 1 cup water,and cover the lid
Then make 3 whistle
Let it cool
Then serve it in serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander
